Throughout their time at Alta Loma Middle School, Kelly Duncan has demonstrated exceptional qualities that make them an outstanding candidate for this prestigious award. As a teacher leader, Kelly Duncan has always gone above and beyond to support her colleagues, providing valuable observations, sharing effective teaching tools, and fostering a collaborative environment among the faculty.

Kelly Duncan is not only admired by her fellow teachers but also cherished by every student on campus. Her genuine care for her students has created a warm and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported. Kelly’s ability to connect with their students on a personal level has allowed them to bring out the best in each individual, ensuring that all students find success in her class.
